Interim Head of Finance

The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead and develop its finance team and strengthen the finance function. Responsibilities include overseeing management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls across three regions, while improving reporting, analytics, and financial processes. The role will provide financial guidance to senior managers, promote accountability and excellence within the team, and identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve margins, and increase operational efficiency. It will also support consistent financial practices across a multi-region organization. Candidates should be qualified finance professionals with experience in manufacturing, including complex stock movements, and a track record in senior finance leadership, ideally in a multi-site or group structure. Strong leadership and people-management skills are required, along with experience in consolidation and international accounting. Familiarity with enterprise finance systems and reporting tools is valuable; experience with Microsoft D365 F&O is an advantage.
