Head of Smart Solution Platform

The Company is seeking a Head of Smart Solution Platform to set the technical direction for a complex software platform supporting autonomous mobile robots and intralogistics solutions. Responsibilities include owning platform architecture, leading engineering teams across backend, frontend, and data management, and driving technical strategy, roadmaps, and delivery. The role also involves designing scalable, reliable systems—including APIs, databases, and event-driven architectures—and translating business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with product, robotics, and senior leadership teams. Candidates should have software engineering experience, ideally with a strong backend or systems engineering background, and a record of leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on in technical design and architecture. Strong knowledge of distributed systems, scalable backend architectures, and relational databases is required, along with experience using cloud-native technologies, Docker, and Kubernetes. Rust experience is highly desirable, while Python is also relevant. Experience in robotics, autonomous mobile robots, logistics orchestration, or industrial software is an advantage.
