Chief of Staff to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to coordinate priorities across finance, people and talent, and global operations. The role will run operating cadences, including objectives and key results, business reviews, leadership meetings, and offsites. It will lead strategic cross-functional projects from initial framing through delivery and support executive, board, and investor communications. The Chief of Staff will also partner with go-to-market teams to develop events and a community for finance leaders, tracking their commercial impact. Candidates should have a background in top-tier strategy consulting, private equity, or investment banking, ideally with in-house experience in a fast-growing environment. Strong financial acumen, including the ability to build models, interpret financial statements, and assess unit economics and return on investment, is required. Applicants must also demonstrate success leading complex cross-functional programs to completion. Experience as a C-suite Chief of Staff, in regulated financial services, M&A or fundraising, or in building executive events or communities is preferred; an entrepreneurial mindset is valued.
