Executive Director, Digital Wealth Solutions Greater London, United Kingdom Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to develop and scale its EMEA digital wealth partnership strategy and commercial operating model. The role will identify and prioritize digital wealth platforms, establish consistent commercial frameworks and governance, and shape propositions for platform partners and end investors. Working with country coverage teams, the successful candidate will coordinate delivery across product, marketing, operations, technology, finance, legal, compliance, and risk. They will also support partner growth, develop co-marketing and investor education initiatives, and represent the organization with external industry stakeholders. Candidates should have experience leading across matrixed organizations and navigating multiple European markets, along with a proven ability to design and implement commercial strategies and frameworks. Strong analytical skills—including scenario modeling, performance management, and preparing executive recommendations—are required. The role also calls for a controls-focused approach and experience partnering with legal, compliance, risk, and finance teams on governance and regulatory standards. Experience developing digital wealth partnerships or solutions in financial services, familiarity with platform integrations and investment features, and additional EMEA language skills are preferred.
