Head of Procurement

The Company is seeking a Head of Procurement to shape procurement strategy, diversify sourcing channels, and improve margins through purchase price optimisation. The role leads a team of procurement specialists and oversees supplier relationships, negotiations, onboarding, order fulfilment, and payment prioritisation. The successful candidate will drive cost-saving initiatives, scalable sourcing processes, and continuous improvements while balancing working capital needs with supplier commitments. Close collaboration across internal functions will help align procurement operations with customer delivery expectations and organisational goals. Candidates should bring proven experience developing procurement strategies, diversifying supply sources, and negotiating improved commercial terms and measurable savings. Strong supplier management and relationship-building skills, along with experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams, are required. The role also calls for advanced MS Excel capability, familiarity with procurement systems, analytical accuracy, and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
