Interim Head of Delivery, Event Technology

The Company is seeking a Head of Delivery to lead delivery across a portfolio of customer-facing digital products. The role translates business goals and product roadmaps into executable plans, oversees initiatives spanning transformation, risk, compliance, and ongoing operations, and provides programme leadership where needed. Responsibilities include establishing governance, tracking performance and dependencies, managing budgets and resources, and overseeing third-party suppliers. The successful candidate will also guide the delivery team through organizational change and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders. Candidates should have proven experience leading delivery teams and complex technology programmes across multiple departments or regions, including customer-facing, greenfield products. Strong agile delivery knowledge, including SAFe, and solid programme and portfolio management skills are required. Experience with resource planning, vendor management, change leadership, and implementing delivery standards and metrics is also important. Applicants should be confident facilitating workshops and engaging executive stakeholders, with proficiency in agile and portfolio tools, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards; programme management certification and experience with ITIL or Six Sigma are desirable.
