The Company is seeking a Head of Finance Integration to lead the alignment of finance functions following an acquisition. The role involves harmonizing processes, controls, reporting, and working practices, while reviewing payables, receivables, balance sheets, reconciliations, and month- and year-end procedures. The successful candidate will identify accounting, data-quality, and control issues, map processes, and implement sustainable improvements. Working independently with senior finance leaders and project teams, they will communicate progress, risks, and recommendations and drive changes through to implementation. Applicants should be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent experience) with proven experience delivering finance integration, financial due diligence, or finance transformation projects. Strong technical accounting knowledge, including financial controls and reporting, is essential, along with experience identifying root causes and implementing practical process improvements. Candidates should be confident engaging senior stakeholders, managing ambiguity, and delivering independently with a hands-on, proactive approach. Accountancy practice or transaction-services experience, post-acquisition integration experience, familiarity with finance systems, and experience in complex, multi-entity organizations are desirable.
