Senior Vice President, Warehouse Finance, ABL/Securitisation Greater London, United Kingdom Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the underwriting and management of warehouse facilities for fintech and other balance-sheet-intensive clients. Responsibilities include structuring, underwriting, and closing transactions; conducting cash-flow modeling, collateral and financial analysis, and due diligence; and preparing credit materials and negotiating term sheets and legal documentation. The role manages the full deal process with clients and internal and external stakeholders, oversees the existing borrower portfolio, and recommends responses to changing circumstances. It also includes leading and mentoring deal teams, building client and investor relationships, and developing insights on asset types and industry sectors. Candidates should have strong experience in structured finance, including asset-backed facility modeling, structuring, negotiation, and execution. Advanced cash-flow modeling and collateral analysis skills, legal documentation expertise, and the ability to assess large datasets are required. Relevant experience may come from investment or commercial banking, specialist lending, asset management, or credit analysis. A quantitative bachelor’s degree, CFA, equivalent education, or directly relevant work experience is required. Interest in technology, venture capital, and private equity is important; experience with early-stage fintech companies is an advantage.
