Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team and help deliver an ambitious growth and acquisition strategy. The CFO will build a scalable finance function, infrastructure, and governance framework, while leading financial planning, forecasting, cash management, and reporting. Responsibilities include developing board-ready performance reporting, supporting acquisitions from diligence through integration, and advancing international expansion. The role will also drive finance systems, data, automation, and AI initiatives, partner with investors on value creation, and support future financing and strategic transactions. Candidates should be experienced CFOs or Finance Directors ready to step into their first CFO role, with backgrounds in private-equity-backed, founder-led, or high-growth businesses. They should demonstrate success supporting substantial growth and value creation, alongside experience in buy-and-build environments, M&A, and post-acquisition integration. Strong commercial judgment, strategic influence, and the ability to build teams, controls, systems, and reporting frameworks are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working hands-on as well as strategically, and credible with investors, boards, lenders, and other stakeholders; international or cross-border experience is an advantage.
