Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to lead its global finance function and provide strategic financial leadership through a period of rapid international growth. Working closely with senior leadership, the board, and shareholders, the CFO will shape and execute growth strategy while driving revenue, margin optimization, profitability, and long-term value creation. Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash management, and controls; supporting market entry and expansion; and building scalable finance systems and processes. The role also leads a multi-country finance team and provides clear financial insight to guide investment and business decisions. Candidates should be experienced CFOs or senior finance leaders with a strong record in high-growth, consumer-facing businesses and experience scaling international operations at significant revenue scale. They should understand consumer economics, including acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, retention, pricing, and channel performance, and be able to balance growth investment with profitability and cash generation. The role requires international finance leadership, strong commercial judgment, and expertise in financial governance, compliance, and risk management. Candidates should also have a track record of building and empowering high-performing teams and partnering effectively with founders, executives, boards, and investors.
