Vice President, Head of Finance Greater London, United Kingdom Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Finance to lead global finance operations and communicate financial matters to senior leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing periodic reporting, consolidated financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial analysis, while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. The role also leads audit coordination, internal controls, cost management, revenue recognition, and fraud prevention, and supports acquisitions by integrating financial systems and procedures. The position directly supervises Finance Department employees and collaborates with leaders across business functions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 10 years of accounting and management experience, along with current knowledge of GAAP. Required expertise includes foreign currency translation, consolidated financial statements, and a Certified Public Accountant credential. Public company and Sarbanes-Oxley experience, as well as mergers and acquisitions experience, are preferred. Applicants should also have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, experience with general ledger software, and a valid driver’s license.
