Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a commercially minded Head of Finance to lead its finance function and contribute to continued business growth. The role includes setting financial strategy, leading budgeting and forecasting, overseeing cash flow and working capital, and providing profitability analysis and commercial insight to support decisions. The successful candidate will lead and develop finance and operational teams, improve reporting and KPI development, and identify opportunities to strengthen processes, efficiency, and automation. They will also provide board-level reporting and support strategic decision-making. Candidates should hold an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification and bring strong commercial finance experience, ideally in a growing business. Proven ability to lead and develop teams, engage confidently with senior stakeholders, and improve profitability and financial performance is required. Applicants should also have strong financial control and reporting experience, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on, commercially focused approach.
