The role is accountable for service quality, accuracy, and timeliness, monitoring performance metrics, resolving escalations, and managing client queries and service reviews. Responsibilities also include leading incident resolution, strengthening operational risk controls, developing team performance, and coordinating with internal teams and clients. The successful candidate will support business and systems changes, testing, transformation, and process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Applicants should ideally hold a degree and have managerial or supervisory experience, along with securities industry knowledge and thorough understanding of investment administration and middle-office functions. The role requires relevant regulatory threshold competence and experience working directly with external clients, brokers, fund managers, and custodians.
