Associate Vice President, Food & Beverage Operations

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Food & Beverage Operations to lead daily front-of-house dining and beverage operations across a large fleet and shoreside support functions. The role oversees senior restaurant and beverage leaders, sets operational standards, and drives consistent service, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing revenue, costs, labor efficiency, and profitability; elevating guest and employee experiences; and developing talent and succession pipelines. The AVP also partners with senior leadership on strategy, budgets, and forecasts, collaborates across business functions, and supports new builds, modernizations, and operational initiatives. Candidates should have at least 10 years of senior food and beverage leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-unit hospitality or food service environment, and a bachelor’s degree, ideally in hospitality management or business administration. The role requires executive-level leadership, a record of building strong teams, and demonstrated expertise in P&L management, financial performance, and return on investment. Candidates should bring experience in restaurant, beverage, and culinary operations, along with strategic, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities, integrity, cultural awareness, and the capacity to build credibility across diverse teams are essential.
