President, Commercial Refrigeration Manufacturer

The Company is seeking a President to lead a commercial manufacturing business through its next stage of profitable growth. The role carries full P&L responsibility and oversight of sales, marketing, engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and human resources. The President will set and execute a multi-year strategy, grow revenue and margins, strengthen channel relationships, and advance product development and engineering innovation. Additional responsibilities include improving manufacturing performance, quality, safety, delivery, and cost efficiency; building a strong leadership team; and keeping ownership informed about results, risks, and opportunities. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including P&L accountability as a President, General Manager, or senior executive in a manufacturing business with revenue of $50 million or more. Commercial refrigeration experience is strongly preferred, while broader commercial foodservice equipment experience may also be relevant. Applicants should bring a record of profitable growth, knowledge of industry sales channels, hands-on experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and strong financial skills in budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and capital allocation. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
