Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education

The Company is seeking a Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education to provide executive leadership for its medical education mission, with primary responsibility for the four-year M.D. program. The role includes setting strategic direction and ensuring the program’s quality, integration, innovation, outcomes, and accreditation readiness. The successful candidate will guide curriculum development, governance, assessment, faculty development, and continuous quality improvement, while strengthening consistency across a distributed clinical learning environment. The position also involves building partnerships with clinical and community organizations to expand high-quality learning opportunities and support the continued growth of medical education. Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution and have completed a U.S.-accredited residency. They must be board-certified or board-eligible in their specialty, hold a current U.S. medical license, and be eligible for licensure in Florida. Credentials appropriate for appointment as an Associate Professor or Professor are required. The ideal candidate brings senior medical education leadership experience, operational acumen, and the ability to foster collaboration, educational innovation, and data-informed improvement.
