Vice President of Schools Greater Miami, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Schools to lead, coach, and grow a portfolio of school principals. Responsibilities include providing regular coaching and leadership development, strengthening instructional capacity, and using performance data to guide accountability and targeted interventions. The role also leads readiness and integration for new campus launches and partners with operational, academic, and talent teams on long-term growth. Key priorities include supporting strong academic outcomes, successful campus openings, and principal and teacher retention. Candidates should have at least three years of successful experience as a principal or head of school, preferably in a charter or district setting, and at least three years of K–12 teaching experience. A proven record in improving student achievement, developing principals, or launching schools is required. A master’s degree in educational leadership is preferred. The role also calls for strong coaching, strategic leadership, and data-informed decision-making skills.
