Vice President of Clinical Operations (RN)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead nursing operations and strengthen the quality, accountability, and reliability of care. Responsibilities include coaching and overseeing nursing teams and supervisors, improving clinical scheduling and reassessment workflows, and establishing clear case ownership. The role will lead quality improvement, documentation standards, accreditation readiness, incident response, infection prevention, and clinical competency development. The executive will also guide in-home care services, support client and family consultations, and partner with organizational leadership to build sustainable operations and a strong nursing culture. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted authority to practice in Wisconsin by the start date, and have clinical leadership experience in home care or a related community-based setting. They should have a record of overseeing nursing teams, assessments, care plans, quality and compliance, and nurse development. Strong clinical judgment, communication, change-management skills, and the ability to collaborate across operational functions are required. Direct participation in an unannounced accreditation survey, including follow-up responsibilities, is strongly preferred.
