Vice President of Clinical Operations (RN)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to provide hands-on leadership for nursing operations in a home-based care setting. The role will coach and hold nursing teams and supervisors accountable for reliable, high-quality care while strengthening clinical systems and staff development. Responsibilities include improving scheduling, client assignments, reassessment workflows, and case ownership; leading quality improvement, documentation, compliance, accreditation readiness, incident response, infection prevention, and competency development; and overseeing personal-care and higher-acuity nursing services. The executive will also collaborate with organizational leadership and managers to build sustainable operations and a strong nursing culture. Candidates must be registered nurses with active, unrestricted authority to practice in Wisconsin by the start date and demonstrated clinical leadership in home care, private-duty nursing, home health, hospice, or a related community-based setting. Required experience includes oversight of nursing teams, clinical assessments and care plans, quality and compliance, and nurse development. Strong clinical judgment, communication, change-management skills, and the ability to collaborate across operational functions are essential. Direct participation in an unannounced accreditation survey, including defined responsibilities and follow-up, is strongly preferred.
