Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead country-level HR and administrative services, ensuring reliable delivery and alignment with global priorities. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll, compliance, labor relations, and HR administration, while implementing talent acquisition, development, and employee relations processes. The role also covers recruitment experience, employee engagement and retention, onboarding and offboarding, and coordination of workplace services. The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver consistent HR support across a complex organization. Candidates should have proven experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced, complex environment. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and priorities. Hands-on knowledge of German works councils and co-determination practices is essential. Fluency in German and English, and the ability to work effectively in an international setting, are also required.
