Associate Vice President, Project Analyst

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Project Analyst to support the design, development, and delivery of engagement projects across its economic crime function and wider business. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking project plans, managing progress checkpoints, and reporting status and outcomes to senior stakeholders. The role will involve designing engagement activities, developing tailored communications, overseeing quality assurance, identifying resource needs, and measuring engagement results. The analyst will also manage project risks and dependencies, recommend improvements, and conduct market data analysis as needed. Candidates should have experience in internal communications or engagement, including campaigns, events, or ongoing engagement activities, along with project management experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to plan and manage workloads independently are essential. Applicants should demonstrate creative writing skills, the ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt communications for different audiences, and skill in interpreting information to create clear messaging. Experience working in an agile environment is preferred, as is the ability to use sound judgment and initiative with minimal supervision.
