Vice President of Procurement

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Procurement to strategically lead and optimize its procurement function. Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding suppliers, managing vendor relationships and negotiations, overseeing purchasing workflows, and improving inventory, fulfillment, and supply-chain resilience. The role will advance procurement systems, automation, demand forecasting, and spend analytics while ensuring cost transparency and compliance. The VP will also coordinate procurement of patient education materials and collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with organizational priorities. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related functions, including leadership. Required qualifications include a strong record in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost optimization, along with experience implementing digital procurement solutions and improving processes. Applicants should have advanced knowledge of compliance standards, sustainability, and risk management, as well as strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
