Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead its HR strategy, strengthen workplace culture, and support organizational growth. Responsibilities include aligning people initiatives with business goals, overseeing HR functions and policies, and partnering with executive leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning. The role also leads employee development, leadership training, performance management, and retention initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure employment-law compliance and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and an accessible resource for employees. Candidates should have at least four years of HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, and experience supporting a workforce of more than 1,000 employees. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations is required. The role calls for a record of leading HR initiatives in a fast-paced, growing organization, along with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. A people-first approach and the ability to influence, lead, and drive change are essential.
