Head of IT

The Company is seeking a Head of IT to define and execute its technology strategy in alignment with business objectives. The role includes modernizing infrastructure for secure, scalable, and highly available global operations; leading technology projects from planning through deployment; and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify needs and implement solutions. The successful candidate will oversee IT service providers, team development, cybersecurity, data protection, and incident response. They will also maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans and provide accurate IT documentation and metrics for operational reviews. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with 7–15 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance protocols is required, as is experience managing IT projects, vendors, and budgets. The role calls for demonstrated leadership in organizational change and technology adoption, plus a thorough understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Scripting or automation experience is an asset, and experience leading IT teams in financial services is preferred.
