Senior Vice President, Head of AI Solutions Technology

The Company is seeking a senior technology leader to guide the development and adoption of responsible AI solutions across enterprise and business-unit initiatives. The role leads multiple programs from concept through implementation, translating business priorities into technical roadmaps and scalable outcomes. Responsibilities include hands-on architecture and design for AI applications, establishing development standards, and ensuring solutions meet security, governance, privacy, and operational requirements. The leader will build reusable AI capabilities, guide technical decisions, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and develop high-performing AI teams. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related technical field, along with at least 12 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or AI. Required expertise includes enterprise-scale technical leadership, modern AI application patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation and agentic workflows, cloud-native architecture, APIs, data integration, and Agile delivery. Strong executive communication, architecture decision-making, talent development, and experience building reusable AI platforms or components are also essential. An advanced technical degree and experience with responsible AI, regulated industries, and technology vendors are preferred.
