Vice President, Clinical Science & Clinical Development

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Science and Clinical Development to provide senior medical and scientific leadership across clinical programs, from early development through post-marketing. The role will shape integrated development strategies, guide indication and patient-population selection, and oversee clinical trial design, execution, safety monitoring, and data interpretation. The Vice President will partner with cross-functional teams on regulatory strategy, submissions, scientific communications, and evidence generation, while engaging with investigators and other external experts. The position also includes mentoring clinical development talent, strengthening organizational capabilities, and fostering rigorous, collaborative program execution. Applicants must hold an MD and have significant clinical development leadership experience, including leading a commercial-stage product through Phase 3, regulatory submission and approval, commercialization, and post-marketing development. Extensive Phase 2 and Phase 3 experience, expertise in clinical trial strategy and execution, and a demonstrated record of regulatory submissions and health-authority interactions are required. Experience with biologic therapies or immunologic, inflammatory, allergic, or mast cell-driven diseases is preferred, as is board certification or advanced clinical training in a relevant specialty. Candidates should bring strong scientific judgment, communication and leadership skills, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and make sound decisions amid complex or evolving data.
