Vice President, FIG Insurance

The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its financial institutions insurance coverage team. The role involves executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates for life, annuity, property and casualty, and reinsurance clients. The Vice President will manage day-to-day deal execution and guide junior bankers on financial modeling, presentation materials, and due diligence. Responsibilities also include supporting senior colleagues with client coverage, pitches, and business development, while coordinating with capital markets, ratings advisory, and sponsor coverage teams. Candidates should currently be a first- or second-year Vice President in insurance or financial institutions investment banking, with experience at a large investment bank or leading boutique. Strong execution experience in insurance M&A and/or capital markets is required, along with a solid understanding of insurance financial statements, statutory accounting, and capital considerations. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing teams and engaging directly with clients on active transactions.
