Vice President, Investment Banking Industrials

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead execution of investment banking transactions across the industrials sector. Responsibilities include managing M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets assignments from inception through closing; overseeing financial analysis, valuation, and transaction materials; and coordinating due diligence with clients, buyers, investors, and advisors. The role also involves supervising and mentoring junior team members while remaining hands-on in deal execution. The Vice President will support senior bankers with business development, client presentations, and relationship management, and serve as a key contact across transaction workstreams. Candidates should have 5–8 or more years of investment banking experience, with prior industrials coverage strongly preferred and significant M&A execution experience. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple live transactions simultaneously. The role also calls for experience developing junior colleagues and excellent communication and client-facing skills.
