Vice President, Head of Technical Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Technical Operations to lead its CMC strategy and technical operations across development programs. Responsibilities include building and developing a high-performing team; overseeing process development, technology transfer, manufacturing, validation, and commercial readiness; and managing manufacturing partners to ensure reliable, compliant supply. The role also leads regulatory strategy and supports global submissions, while overseeing the design and operational readiness of a radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Additional duties include establishing product and process specifications, managing budgets and resources, mitigating risks, and reporting progress to executive leadership. Candidates should hold an MS or PhD in biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or a related discipline, and have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Extensive expertise in CMC, process development, manufacturing, product lifecycle management, radiopharmaceutical operations, technology transfer, process validation, and GMP is required. Applicants should also bring experience designing and commissioning manufacturing facilities, a strong understanding of quality systems, supply chains, and global regulatory requirements, and a record of building teams and leading cross-functional collaboration. Strong commercial and financial judgment, executive communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
