Vice President, Private Credit

The Company is seeking a Senior Associate or Vice President to join its private credit investment team. The role involves evaluating, underwriting, and executing investments from initial screening through closing, including building financial models, conducting due diligence, and structuring and negotiating debt and equity transactions. The successful candidate will present recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees, monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance, and lead follow-on transactions such as refinancings and recapitalizations. The position also requires close collaboration with company management teams, sponsors, advisors, and financing partners. Senior Associate candidates should have at least 3–6 years of experience in private credit, direct lending, leveraged finance, investment banking, or a related investment role; Vice President candidates should have 5–8 years of private credit or direct lending experience and a record of executing debt investments. Strong financial modeling, credit underwriting, due diligence, and investment writing skills are required. Candidates should have experience assessing lower middle market businesses and be able to independently manage workstreams and drive transactions. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, along with an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach, are essential.
