Vice President, Technology Transformation & Delivery

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology Transformation & Delivery to lead enterprise technology delivery, business process transformation, and organizational change. The role includes building and developing teams responsible for project management, business analysis, and process engineering; overseeing enterprise portfolios and complex initiatives; and advising senior leaders on transformation opportunities. The successful candidate will improve business processes, align technology solutions with organizational needs, and establish effective governance, change adoption, and performance measurement. They will also advance automation and emerging technologies while ensuring investments deliver measurable business outcomes. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, enterprise transformation, portfolio management, or process improvement, including at least seven years leading managers and multidisciplinary teams. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with demonstrated success transforming technology delivery organizations and enterprise platforms. Applicants should bring expertise in project and portfolio management, business analysis, process engineering, change management, financial planning, and executive stakeholder engagement, as well as experience with complex technology portfolios and AI or automation. PMP certification is required; credentials such as PgMP, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
