Head of Data

The Company is seeking a Head of Data to shape and deliver its future data environment. The role includes assessing the existing landscape, defining the architecture and roadmap, and leading development of a modern data platform. Responsibilities include establishing data models, governance, and consistent reporting; improving data accessibility and self-service; and championing data literacy. The successful candidate will lead the data team, build relationships across the organization, and create foundations for future AI capabilities. Candidates should have proven experience leading data functions, driving change, and engaging stakeholders, along with line management experience. Strong technical expertise across Microsoft Azure data technologies, including ADF, Databricks, Synapse, SQL, and DevOps CI/CD, is required. Applicants should also understand data governance, lineage, classification, and policy controls, and be able to translate business needs into sustainable data solutions. Experience in financial services or another regulated environment is desirable but not essential.
