Senior Vice President, Strategic Finance Business Partner

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Strategic Finance Business Partner to support country performance and profitable growth. The role partners with senior leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights, challenge business decisions, and strengthen profitability and working capital. Responsibilities include owning budgets and forecasts, supporting business and capacity planning, and advising on project pricing, setup, work in progress, receivables, and engagement economics. The successful candidate will prepare monthly financial reporting, develop dashboards and performance measures, identify financial risks, and recommend corrective actions. Candidates should have experience in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, or finance business partnering with senior stakeholders; professional services or consulting experience is preferred. A strong foundation in accounting and financial control, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities are required. The role calls for commercial acumen, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to influence and constructively challenge senior leaders. A proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented approach and commitment to continuous improvement are important; familiarity with enterprise resource planning or financial analytics systems is preferred.
