Chief, Division of Breast Medical Oncology

The Company is seeking a Chief of Breast Medical Oncology to lead the division’s clinical activities and advance its strategic priorities. The Chief will foster clinical research, strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration, and support faculty mentorship, recruitment, and retention. The role also involves working with clinical, translational, and basic science programs to advance patient care, research, and education. Candidates must be accomplished breast medical oncologists with board certification in medical oncology and a strong commitment to excellence in clinical care, research, and education. The position requires leadership experience and the ability to develop clinical research and build effective collaborations across disciplines. The Chief should also be prepared to mentor and support faculty and guide the division’s continued development.
