Vice President of Human Resources Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead its HR function and support organizational culture, workforce development, and growth. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of daily HR operations. Responsibilities include directing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, performance management, and leadership development. The VP will also oversee employee relations, investigations, HR administration, and compliance, while partnering with senior leaders to build accountable, high-performing teams across multiple locations. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; current SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification; at least 10 years of progressive HR experience; and at least five years of HR director or manager experience leading teams of 10 or more. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, employment law, and measurable results is required, along with strong communication and leadership skills. Experience supporting a multi-location organization and a background in education, healthcare, or human services are preferred. An advanced degree, senior HR leadership experience, and familiarity with HR systems are also advantageous.
