Chief Banking Officer Greater Phoenix, AZ Area

About Us:

Columbia Bank is one of the largest regional banking institutions headquartered in the Western United States. Columbia operates over 400 branches across nine Western states, serving individuals, businesses, and institutional clients throughout the Pacific Northwest, California, and the Mountain West.

Columbia embraces the philosophy of being a “community bank at scale,” combining the personalized service, local market knowledge, and relationship-driven approach of community banking with the balance sheet strength, technology, sophisticated product capabilities, and geographic reach of a major regional financial institution. This combination enables Columbia to serve clients with the responsiveness of a local banking partner while delivering the comprehensive financial solutions required by businesses of increasing size and complexity.

Columbia's strategic vision is centered on becoming the Business Bank of Choice, combining disciplined commercial production with strong deposit gathering, expanded treasury management relationships, and comprehensive financial solutions. This approach emphasizes building primary banking relationships rather than pursuing individual transactions, creating opportunities to deepen client engagement, strengthen recurring revenue, and improve long-term profitability.
