Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Greater Pittsburgh, PA Area

The Company seeks a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next phase of growth and oversee organizational strategy, sustainability, and overall effectiveness. The CEO will guide and develop the senior leadership team, align programs and resources with the mission and community needs, and work with the Board to implement and evolve the strategic plan. Responsibilities include maintaining financial health, strengthening operations and compliance, evaluating program impact, and leading fundraising and revenue diversification. The CEO will also build relationships with donors, government and community partners, represent the organization publicly, advance advocacy efforts, and support the Board’s governance responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring proven executive leadership, strategic planning, fundraising, and relationship-management experience, along with a strong commitment to serving refugees, immigrants, and other marginalized communities. Candidates should demonstrate success building inclusive, accountable teams; securing support from diverse funding sources; navigating organizational growth or change; and using data to assess program quality. Financial acumen, cultural competence, sound judgment, and excellent communication and public-speaking skills are essential. A record of building trust across diverse stakeholders and collaborating effectively with community partners and governing boards is also required.
