Vice President of Supply Chain & Transportation Greater Provo, UT Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain and Transportation to lead global strategy and operations across multiple regions. Responsibilities include overseeing inbound and outbound freight and direct-to-consumer shipping, building cross-border capabilities, and managing carrier and logistics partner relationships. The role will guide regional teams, budgets, and performance measurement, while partnering with warehousing and inventory leaders to improve cost, service, and the movement of goods. The VP will also identify operational improvements and communicate clear recommendations and progress to executive leadership. Candidates should have senior-level experience leading transportation or supply chain functions, a strong grasp of supply chain strategy—including cross-border shipping, imports, exports, and freight consolidation—and experience managing teams across regions. A record of broadening supply chain’s role to support business goals, ideally in a marketplace, retail, or ecommerce fulfillment environment, is preferred. The role calls for a proactive, results-oriented, data-driven approach, along with the ability to simplify complex issues and communicate effectively with executives.
