Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner with the organization’s strategic leader and turn business goals into clear priorities and measurable results. The COO will lead the leadership team, strengthen accountability, and oversee daily operations across sales, production, finance, and support functions. Responsibilities include improving cross-functional coordination, standardizing processes and quality controls, monitoring budgets and performance indicators, and supporting growth and scalability. The role also involves coaching leaders, overseeing hiring and performance management, and fostering a collaborative, accountable culture. Candidates should have at least five years of senior leadership experience, including developing leaders, and five years of budgeting and profit-and-loss ownership, with a record of scaling revenue. Experience developing KPIs, improving operational processes, and leading within an entrepreneurial organization is required. Applicants should also have experience implementing structured operating systems and using technology to improve organizational performance. Preferred qualifications include experience in a sales-driven business, multi-location operations, and residential construction, along with familiarity with enterprise, customer relationship, reporting, quality, and financial systems.
