Head of Corporate Finance & Fundraising

The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Finance & Fundraising to support its financial strategy, capital planning, and engagement with investors and strategic stakeholders. Responsibilities include building financial models, investment cases, and scenario analyses; evaluating financing options, capital structures, and investment opportunities; and assessing the financial impact of expansion and major initiatives. The role will support fundraising processes, prepare investor materials, coordinate due diligence, and develop clear financial narratives. It will also provide analysis for executive and board decisions, contribute to planning and capital allocation, and help strengthen financial governance, reporting, and internal controls as the business grows. Candidates should have significant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, strategic finance, fundraising, or a related field, with strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills. Experience preparing investment materials and supporting complex transactions, as well as working with senior executives, investors, boards, or other financial stakeholders, is required. Applicants should understand technology business models, including recurring revenue, enterprise software, infrastructure, or technology services, and demonstrate sound commercial judgment in a fast-changing environment. Experience in high-growth technology businesses, investment settings, or international organizations is advantageous; exposure to capital raising, strategic financing, or international expansion is particularly relevant.
