Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its daily operations and advance its mission to promote the destination and strengthen its tourism economy. The CEO will carry out the long-range strategic plan established by the board, ensure organizational goals are met, and shape the structure and delegation of responsibilities across the executive team. The role also serves as the organization’s key spokesperson, maintaining active communication with tourism industry, public, and private stakeholders. In addition, the CEO will develop advocacy efforts that communicate the organization’s mission and raise awareness. Candidates should bring senior leadership experience and the ability to guide an organization toward strategic objectives. The role calls for strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills, sound judgment in organizational management, and the ability to build and lead an effective executive team. The successful candidate will be able to represent the organization credibly and foster collaboration across a broad range of constituents.
