Senior Vice President, Enterprise Data Greater San Francisco, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data to build and lead an enterprise data organization and strategy. The role will consolidate fragmented data and reporting capabilities, establish a governed data platform and operating model, and set standards, decision rights, and a multi-year investment roadmap. Responsibilities include advancing reliable, self-service analytics; overseeing data governance, quality, privacy, and regulatory controls; and developing a multidisciplinary team across engineering, analytics, governance, and architecture. The executive will also guide AI and machine learning strategy, demonstrate business impact and return on investment, and advise senior leadership on data priorities. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred. Requirements include at least 15 years of progressive data, analytics, or technology leadership experience, including seven or more years leading a data or analytics organization at director level or above. Direct mortgage industry experience across origination and/or servicing is required, along with a record of building enterprise data capabilities, consolidating teams, and establishing governance in regulated environments. Candidates should bring expertise in modern cloud data architecture, data governance, privacy, and production analytics or AI, as well as strong financial acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
