Senior Vice President, Operational & Enterprise Risk Management

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operational and Enterprise Risk Management to design and implement an organization-wide risk management framework. Responsibilities include establishing risk taxonomies, risk appetite, and governance structures, and developing methodologies, standards, policies, and reporting frameworks. The role will lead risk identification and assessment across key categories, strengthen operational risk practices, and monitor incident remediation. The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and prepare risk reports and dashboards for management and governance committees. Candidates should have approximately 10 or more years of enterprise and operational risk management experience in financial services, including a proven record of building enterprise risk frameworks from the ground up. Strong knowledge of risk methodologies and governance practices is required. The role also calls for the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and corporate functions, along with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
