Vice President, Strategic Finance & Analytics

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Finance and Analytics to shape financial strategy and support sustainable growth. The role leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, partnering with executives and functional leaders on strategic plans, resource allocation, investment decisions, and performance metrics. Responsibilities include developing financial models, evaluating initiatives, analyzing business performance and market trends, and improving forecasting and reporting processes. The Vice President also oversees enterprise dashboards and KPI frameworks, prepares board and investor materials, and leads and develops teams across finance and analytics. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. At least 10 years of progressively responsible finance experience, including three or more years leading FP&A, is required, along with experience overseeing business insights, analytics, or data functions. Relevant experience in a publicly traded healthcare, medical device, or life sciences organization is preferred. Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, communication, and quantitative skills are essential, as is a record of improving processes and using technology to strengthen financial analysis and reporting.
