The Company is seeking a Vice President of Services Operations to lead operational execution across the full lifecycle of its services business, from statement-of-work creation through project delivery and closure. The role oversees project management, sales and project operations, resource management, services solutions, staffing and vendor relationships, and operational reporting. Responsibilities include building scalable processes, strengthening financial and contractual governance, improving resource allocation and forecasting, and ensuring consistent project quality and delivery. The VP will lead teams and change initiatives, partner with senior leaders across business functions, and use performance data to drive operational improvements and growth. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in operations, project management, or finance, including substantial leadership experience. Experience in technology or consulting, strategic planning, complex project delivery, and managing service partners and vendors is required. The role calls for strong financial and business acumen, familiarity with operational software, analytics tools, and enterprise resource planning systems, and expertise in change management, quality, and continuous improvement.
