Associate Vice President, Investment Operations Specialist, Global Financial Markets Operations, Group Operations Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Investment Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end trade processing, settlements, asset transfers, corporate actions, and reconciliations across broker and custodian networks. Responsibilities include reviewing exception reports, resolving and escalating reconciliation breaks, responding to inquiries, monitoring service commitments, and overseeing broker expenses, fees, trade counts, commissions, and rebates. The role also handles regulatory reporting and statements, maintains operating procedures, and contributes to process improvements, system testing, and business continuity exercises. Candidates should have at least eight years of relevant operations experience in banking or financial services, preferably in Treasury Operations. They should understand trade lifecycles, corporate actions, asset transfers, and broker and custodian reconciliations, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. A sound understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are required.
