Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead cybersecurity strategy and execution in a fast-moving technology environment. The role owns the security posture end to end, from establishing architecture and engineering capabilities to overseeing security operations, risk management, incident response, and resilience. The CISO will embed secure-by-design practices across cloud infrastructure, applications, APIs, data platforms, and software delivery, while modernizing security through automation and DevSecOps. Working with executive, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams, the leader will guide technical decisions, manage external partners, and communicate security risks and recommendations in business terms. Candidates should have senior cybersecurity leadership experience and a proven record of building, operating, and transforming security capabilities. Strong hands-on expertise in security engineering and architecture is required, particularly in cloud security, AWS, application and infrastructure security, and DevSecOps. Applicants should understand modern software environments, including APIs, CI/CD pipelines, distributed systems, and security automation, and have experience with security strategy, operational risk, and incident response. Executive stakeholder management and the ability to balance strategic leadership with technical involvement are essential; experience in digital platforms or e-commerce, AI security, and relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
