Chief of Staff Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic and operational partner to senior leadership, translating priorities into plans and driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through measurable results. Responsibilities include leading planning processes, analyzing market performance and growth opportunities, supporting investment decisions, and developing repeatable market-entry approaches. The role will establish operating rhythms, dashboards, and governance processes, while preparing executive briefings and ensuring decisions have clear owners and follow-through. It will also connect regional teams with global functions, resolve execution barriers, and lead special projects. Candidates should bring experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, financial services, technology, or a similarly analytical environment, along with a record of partnering with senior executives and delivering cross-functional initiatives. Strong commercial judgment, analytical and problem-solving ability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The role requires executive presence, sound judgment, high ownership, discretion, and the ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and change. Professional fluency in English is required; experience in international expansion, regulated industries, or a Chief of Staff or strategy role is an advantage.
