Head of Real Estate

The Company is seeking a Head of Real Estate to lead strategy and performance for a diverse residential portfolio across Asian gateway markets, with a particular focus on Japan. Responsibilities include shaping portfolio strategy, driving value creation, leading acquisitions and selective disposals, and identifying asset enhancement opportunities. The role also oversees asset performance, leasing, capital expenditure, redevelopment, and portfolio rebalancing, working closely with local partners to support execution. The successful candidate will contribute to senior-level reporting and strategic planning, aligning investment decisions with broader organizational objectives. Candidates should bring deep experience in real estate investment and asset management, including a strong record overseeing multi-market portfolios. Essential qualifications include experience managing assets in Japan, strong financial acumen, proven deal execution, and the ability to manage cross-border stakeholders; expertise in Japanese residential real estate and knowledge of the Singapore market are highly valued. Japanese language skills are advantageous but not required. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking and analytical decision-making with a hands-on, performance-focused approach.
