Interim Vice President, Project Management Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Project Management to lead a construction team responsible for delivering a major construction package, potentially involving building, civil engineering, or airfield-related works. The role oversees the construction programme, including tenders and consultancy or construction contracts, to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and regulatory bodies. Depending on experience, the role may also involve serving as an Assistant or Project Director and acting as a Superintending Officer or representative. Candidates should hold a good degree in Engineering and have at least 20 years of relevant project experience, preferably with large-scale developments. Proven leadership in successfully delivering projects is required, along with excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate is self-driven, collaborative, and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong independence and people-management skills are also essential.
